1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms," "Agreement," or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User," "Player," or "you") and 67ph (hereinafter "67ph," "we," "our," or "us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 67ph.club and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 67ph Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 67ph Platform.

These Terms should be read together with the 67ph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on 67ph, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of a legal entity for gambling purposes;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 67ph or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors;
• You are not subject to self-exclusion, regulatory exclusion, or a court order prohibiting participation in gambling activities;
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law and the law of your place of residence.

2.2 Age Verification and KYC

67ph employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for all accounts. Age verification documents are required before the processing of any withdrawal request. 67ph reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS card, PRC ID, or UMID), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation.

67ph also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where the registered user fails to satisfy the age verification requirements, and to void any winnings accrued during an unverified period where the user is subsequently determined to have been under the age of 21 at the time of play.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) 67ph account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or substitute accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 67ph reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a player found to have created multiple accounts, and to confiscate any balances or winnings accrued across those accounts.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during account registration and at all times thereafter. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by 67ph for KYC compliance purposes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) or two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 67ph will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify 67ph immediately via live support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

67ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits. 67ph reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time with notice published on the Platform.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 for all e-wallet payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, deposits exceeding certain thresholds may trigger additional verification requirements under Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the name of the 67ph account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts registered in the name of the verified 67ph account holder. Completed KYC verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal request. 67ph processes withdrawal requests in good faith within the following indicative timeframes: GCash and Maya — within 5–10 minutes during business hours; BPI, BDO, and UnionBank — within 1–3 hours on Philippine banking business days.

67ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where additional verification is required for AML compliance.

4.4 Currency and Exchange

The official transaction currency of the 67ph platform is the Philippine Peso (PHP). For cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20), the applicable exchange rate at the time of deposit will be used to convert the deposited amount into PHP for crediting to the player's 67ph wallet. Exchange rate fluctuations are the sole responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Program

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 67ph are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion page. Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion. 67ph reserves the right to determine the contribution rate of different game categories toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

67ph actively monitors for patterns indicative of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, and collusion with other players to exploit promotional offers. 67ph reserves the right to void bonus credits and associated winnings, and to permanently suspend accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

5.4 Mine Loyalty Program

The 67ph Mine loyalty program awards points based on real-money wagering activity on the Platform. Points accumulation rates, tier thresholds, rewards, and redemption conditions are subject to the Mine Program Terms, which form part of these Terms and are published on the Mine section of the Platform. 67ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Mine program at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 67ph Platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and others. Each game is governed by its own specific rules displayed within the game interface. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.

All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the 67ph Platform use certified, independently audited RNG systems. The outcome of any game round is entirely random and cannot be influenced by any prior round, player action, or external factor beyond the game's designed mechanics. All live dealer games are conducted in real time by trained professional dealers and are subject to the rules displayed in the relevant game lobby.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 67ph Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting game software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Misrepresenting your location or using tools to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal or fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials;
• Attempting to reverse, recall, or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider (chargebacks) for completed gambling transactions;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 67ph staff, dealers, or other platform users.

67ph cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement agencies, BSP, and PAGCOR in any investigation relating to suspected illegal activity conducted through or in connection with the Platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

67ph provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are available to every registered player free of charge via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on deposits;
• Loss Limits: Configurable net loss limits over defined periods;
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications triggered after a set duration of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary account suspension for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform upon player request.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and, once active, cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months. Players who have self-excluded are prohibited from creating new accounts during the exclusion period. 67ph will use reasonable efforts to identify and close any accounts opened by self-excluded players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 67ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of 67ph or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright conventions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 67ph.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

67ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including processing required for KYC compliance, AML obligations, and PAGCOR regulatory reporting.

67ph implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect personal and financial data transmitted between your device and the 67ph servers. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 67ph cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data against all possible threats.

11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The 67ph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 67ph disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 67ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12. Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

67ph reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to void any pending bets or outstanding balances, under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal conduct;
• Receipt of a chargeback, reversal, or dispute from the player's payment provider;
• Any regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or a competent Philippine government authority;
• Determination that the player was under 21 years of age at any point during their use of the Platform.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 67ph customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to withdrawal verification) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and 67ph, you agree to first contact 67ph customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of notification, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms as applicable.

14. Amendments to These Terms

67ph reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Any material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via the Platform, by email (if provided), or via the 67ph mobile application notification system. The effective date of any amendment will be posted at the top of this page.

Continued use of the 67ph Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.
