You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during account registration and at all times thereafter. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by 67ph for KYC compliance purposes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) or two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 67ph will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify 67ph immediately via live support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
67ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits. 67ph reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time with notice published on the Platform.
The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 for all e-wallet payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, deposits exceeding certain thresholds may trigger additional verification requirements under Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the name of the 67ph account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts registered in the name of the verified 67ph account holder. Completed KYC verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal request. 67ph processes withdrawal requests in good faith within the following indicative timeframes: GCash and Maya — within 5–10 minutes during business hours; BPI, BDO, and UnionBank — within 1–3 hours on Philippine banking business days.
67ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where additional verification is required for AML compliance.
The official transaction currency of the 67ph platform is the Philippine Peso (PHP). For cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20), the applicable exchange rate at the time of deposit will be used to convert the deposited amount into PHP for crediting to the player's 67ph wallet. Exchange rate fluctuations are the sole responsibility of the player.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 67ph are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

Points accumulation rates, tier thresholds, rewards, and redemption conditions are subject to the Mine Program Terms, which form part of these Terms and are published on the Mine section of the Platform. 67ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Mine program at any time with reasonable notice.

In the event of a dispute between you and 67ph, you agree to first contact 67ph customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of notification, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms as applicable.
67ph reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Any material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via the Platform, by email (if provided), or via the 67ph mobile application notification system. The effective date of any amendment will be posted at the top of this page.
Continued use of the 67ph Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
